Welcome to ByteNov. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Service Engagement: ByteNov provides custom software development, UX/UI design, and cloud deployment services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budgets will be explicitly detailed in a separate, formal Statement of Work (SOW) or contract before development begins.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights for the custom software developed specifically for you will be transferred to your company. ByteNov retains the right to use open-source libraries and our own pre-existing internal tools as part of the solution.
Communication & Revisions: We believe in radical clarity. We expect timely feedback from clients to ensure project milestones are met. Any major changes to the project scope after the contract is signed may require a revised timeline and budget.
